    Overstayer
    What do you do if you know someone who is an overstayer and they are giving you trouble in your life is there someone you can report them to to have them removed

    If you are certain that they overstayed their visas or entered US illegfally (without a visa), report to ICE.

    Go to Immigration and Customs Enforcement
