    I got rape when I was drunk and I was past out on the flooer?
    I need to know how the law is going to work in my favor. I when out one night with my cousin and his friend I got drunk so we went to my cousins friends house I went to the bathroom and after that I don't remember anything the only thing the I remember is waiking up and I was in the bathroom floor. Then I few day later the guy told me the he had sex with me and since then his been stalking me and harasing me so I came out pregnant and he said the that baby is his. What you should do??

    It makes me angry that people make things up like this, as it happened to my sister's best friend. She had been drinking and very foolishly got into a car with someone who she didn't know; he took her to a hotel where she passed out. She woke up the next morning without any pants on and the sheets were missing off the bed.
