    Lien on Property
    Hello, my situation is that I did a job in property and I have had problem contacting the owner now that the job is finished. I think the owner doesn't want to pay, my question is what can I do and would I be able to set a lien on the property? Thank for your advise will be looking forward hearing what I can do

    If the owner refuses to pay you for your services, you need to file a small claims suit in court. If you win a judgment against him/her, then you can place a lien on their property.
