    Is it now a law that a condominium unit can be leased only ONE year at a time?

    At the top of this forum is a link to state laws. You can check out the laws for Forida from there.

    If a condo unit is being rented, I doubt if there are any special laws for lease terms. A rental is a rental. However, since most condo units are under the rules of an HOA, they could impose such a restriction as long as it isn't prohibited by state law.
