How to get Visa for my cameroonian partner?
    Hello,

I am a german lady living in the uk with a residence permit and I would like to know what I have to do for my partner (we are not married and have no children) so that he can stay in the uk with me? He tried to get a visa a while ago but was refused.I don't know the reason but sometimes they don't need a reason.do I have to fulfill and specific criteria?I have been married to an african before and we are still going through the divorce.long story short does the marriage affect the visa we need for my cameroonian boyfriend? If we have children what nationality would they be?he is as I said cameroonian and I'm german but living in the uk.would the baby automatically have british citizenship?
Please help me because I can't seem to find any answers.
    Thank you

If he is not qualified for US visitor's visa, nothing you can do because the consulate mainly considered his financial status and ties to his home country. He must be able to prove that he has sufficient funds to cover all expenses by himself plus secured job or business ownership with steady income.

If you have a baby with him, the baby will obtain dual citizenship from father and mother, NOT UK.

I guess you meant ''if he is not qualified for uk visitor visa'', right? Thanks for your reply
