Need a permit to sell mini bottles of alcohol?
    Hi there,

A friend and I wanted to start selling something that involved mini alcohol bottles in them. We are from Washington state and wanted to know if we needed a licence of some sort because we wouldn't be serving it but selling it. Is it the same? Please help! Thank you so much in advance for your help!

    H, Elegantly Wasted!

Such things would be governed by the Washington State Liquor Control Board. The link to the website is Home Page - WA State Liquor Control Board

For someone here to try to find the answer to your question would take quite a bit of work, unless that person justs happens to know right off the bat, the laws, rules and regulations concerning what you are asking for the State of Washington.

There is a contact information for them that can be found via clicking on the following link. Contact Page - Washington State Liquor Control Board

I do urge you to contact them, that way, you will be getting your information directly "from the horses mouth" so to speak, and not from a third party who might not really be sure of the laws, rules and regulations.

    Thanks!

    You're welcome, Elegantly Wasted!

But, I'm really curious as to what you are selling and what you mean by "mini alcohol bottles".

To me, "mini" might mean the very small amount of liquor that might be found in some types of chocolates that are shaped like a bottles.

Would you mind sharing here what it is that you're selling, please? If not, that's okay too.

    Thanks!

    No that's fine.

Bby "mini" I mean the airplane, or sample sized hard alcohol bottles. Our plan is to sell lei's made of these.
