    Lose weight in a week
    I would like to know how to lose weight in a week?

    I don't really think it is possible to LOSE weight in a week. Maybe a couple pounds at the most. But the best idea is just to eat healthy and stay active. I have learned the best way to lose weight is portion control. I know it's hard but cutting back on how much food you take in will really help.

    If you plan on doing one of those fast diet like the liquid diet, those aren't any good. It isn't good for your body and the weight will come back double. Change is a gradual step and in order to lose weight in a healthy way you must exercise and eat right. Stay away from greasy and sugary food, and soda. Eat plenty of fruit and vegatable and drink 8 cups of water a day or more. Do you have any health issues?
