Want to take an early withdrawl of 401k to help pay bills. Im under 55, but husband over and not working now. Does the over 55 not working rule apply only to him or family. Meaning dismiss the 10% early withdrawl fee if over 55 and not working.

Is there a place on the forms for early withdrawl that show the amount that the 401K will be cashed in for? I understand there will be a penalty for early withdrawl. How can I know what the amount is that it will be cashed in for? Please help! I am confused.:confused:
