If I work the entire year of 2008 in New York State then move to Florida at the end of the year, how do I file my taxes?

You will report your worldwide income for 2008 on the New York tax return.
Even in 2009, you may have to report Florida income on NY state tax return if your moving to Florida is considered temporary or transitory.
