    Registering marriage
    OK got legally married to a California boy and I am canadian how is it not considered that he is not married in California. IS the canadian marriage certificate not vaild in California? Considering I lived with him on the army base for one yr

    No, he is legally married, if you were legally married in Canada.
    You don't have to register or anything. Who is saying you are not married.
