My husband is with f1 visa. But there is a bulgarian school which need a bulgarian history teacher, and because he has a master degree in history, they wand him to teach there. My question is can they apply for him, because now with this F1 status he doesn't have right to work? I heard something that they also can apply for green card for him, if he works there. If somebody knows something about this and how to do it please help as.

The school must meet eligibility of visa sponsor... your husband cannot work under F-1, he might be eligible under J-1 but not green card. The hiring process is long and complicated, better consult immigration attorney.
