    conversion from hypothyroid to hyperthyroid
    I was diagnosed with hypo thyroid after my delivery,from then up to now I am taking medicine, after this I went for TSH check,report showing me very low TSH,I am very confused about my medicine
    here is full reading of my TSH & MY MEDICINE WITH DATE, which will help you to provide me some solution

    T4 BELOW 0.4 5/02/2008
    TSH 418.33 5/02/2008
    ( this is my first report when I diagnose hypothyroid,doctor prescribe me ELTROXIN-THYROXINE SODIUM TABLETS 100mcg)
    TSH 0.60 16/04/2008
    (as I went for only one test as doctor told me there is no requirement of T3 & T4)
    T4 1.65 5/09/2008
    TSH 0.065 5/09/2008
    (still I am taking eltroxin one per day as like earlier)
    now I am worried about my tsh level as it is very low
    do hypothyroid transfer in to hyperthyroid ?as earlier I was diagnose by hypothyroid & now the situation seems like hyperthyroid
    my doctor suggest me to continue same medicine,aprt from weight loss & increases appitie idont have other symptomes of hyperthyroid even my menses are reguler
    please note that I am breastfeeding my child
    will this entire situation affect my child?
    before pregnancy I was fit there was no thyroid
    what shall I do?& what are the effects of all this on my body anything danger?I am worried about my child his he affected by my thyroid?

    Follow your medication. Your thyroid condition does not mean you are unfit and will not effect your child. I am on the same meds as you and have been for two months. Becoming obbessive about your thyroid condition will do you no good at all.

    There is no adverse effect on your body and the fact that you are on the proper medication is excellent.
