All the time I try to date a girl, it normally failed. Who can help me out there with advice on how to overcome this problem and be the best in this way.

I actually used to have this problem, though your situation is probably a lot different...
What I did was try and not think about finding someone. I tried to not "look" for someone who I thought would be a nice boyfriend. If you just get your mind off it... someone will come along who is nothing and everything you expected at the same time.

Hopefully that helped a bit...

Compliment her tell her hpw pretty she is, how nice she smells. You can get any woman its just the way you treat us, be kind and nice and treat us with dignity and defnetly compliment us and you should have no problem...

Isn't this a common issue, huh? Everyone wants to meet up w/ other people of the opposite sex and have a positive encounter.

It's like if you want something so bad it usually finds a way of not happening.

Take your mind off women... and get refocused on perhaps some kind of hobby...

Just when your not looking, Voilà it happens!

Getting along w/ women is easy enough if you keep authentic and genuine. Be yourself. Try and be open to any kind of opinion and not be judging. Believe that you are "enough"... confidence is very very sexy.

Perhaps you should talk to your friends (or family.. ) and ask their opinion about the type of guy you are... and ask them what type of girl they can see you with. Try meeting girls that are more like you or more into the things that you are into.

Sometimes we don't see ourselves the way other people see us. The best way to attain some idea of how you are perceived is to ask a good friend... So find out what people see when they look at you. Find out what they think of your character and personality.

You can always readjust your style... (hair included, unless your thinning on top), and redo your fashion choices.

You character and personality can also have a make over w/ some self help books.

Just be real... and authentic about who you are and what you can or can't change about yourself... and then go get a big cup of java at your local book store, enjoy a good read and see what you can learn.
