    Dishonesty and a Breakup
I had recently just started dating this guy. Things seemingly were fine, and he never did anything that made me not trust him. He introduced me to all his friends, and his dad, and wanted me to do the same, even though I was hesitant because we had just met. We were together for about a month, but in the past week or so, he started to act more withdrawn then usual. I had something to do last weekend, so I couldn't hang out with him and it was our first weekend apart since we met each other, and the whole weekend he didn't answer any of my phone call or texts. He comes over Monday, and breaks up with me citing a whole bunch of reasons including our age difference, my character, our schedules, my sexual experience among other things, things that never seemed like a problem before when he was being pushy about being in a relationship with me anyway. I knew that he was holding back and not being honest with me, but now it's been a week, and everyday of the week I'll find out something new that he did. He talked to my best friend for two hours about everything that was wrong with me, and even confessed to her that he was interested in another girl. Then yesterday I found out from a friend that they were going to tell me to break up with him anyway because he had given his number to a friend of her's at a party that I had taken him to citing "i know we're both in relationships but you never know if things might work out."

I'm infuriated with him, and angry that someone I thought I could trust strung me along for no reason in particular, and can't even face me. I want the truth from him, even though I trust my friends completely in what they say, but I really just want to know the truth from him. How can I get him to talk to me and be honest for a change and stop being a stinking coward? I don't even know how to approach the situation because everything I thought about him was false. I need any and all advice, and also the situation is complicated because my best friend is dating his roommate, so I can't really talk to her about any of this because she doesn't really know how to not tell her boyfriend things about me.

You dated, and found out he is a stinker, your broken up, and now leave it alone, and move to happier ground. The drama is not worth it, and he may never come clean.

You sure let him lead, and to fast just so you'll know.

Talaniman rule- Don't make it official, unless you can tolerate each other after 6 months!!!
