    Its 1 in the morning I'm still awake!
    Every night I go to sleep between 12 AND 2am sometimes up to 3am. I may facing the computer or watching the T.V. what would happen to me if I continue this kind of hobbit?
    What would be the negative or if there is a positive effect?.

    You will constantly be tired. When you are younger its really good to be getting at least 8 hours of sleep. Try to set yourself a bed time and abide by it.

    Ohww... if it is still all right, as long I get 8 hours of sleep? Because when I sleep 12mn I wake up 8am and if 1am I get up 9am and so on and so ford... that would be fine?

    Its probably because your body is stressed. What you need to do is lay down and relax.dont stress

    I have a problem with sleeping. I go to bed at 9 (hopping to fall asleep straight away) but I fall asleep about 1-2am in the morning. I wake up at 6am. I am constantly tired and fall asleep at school on many occasions. Sometime I sit texting people till about 2am. It not healthy, it makes you really tired and you have slower reations. Hope my experience helps you
