    Why do I twitch
OK.. what is with the twitching... my legs, ankles, eyelids, arms... you name it... will twitch from time to time and it drives me batty. It doesn't hurt, it has been going on for YEARS so it isn't like something serious but I want it to stop. Now that I have been excercising regularly I also have cramps in my feet and now my leg.. kinda like a charlie horse the one in my feet goes away.. the one in my leg has been there all day today..? I drink lots of water.. I must be lacking something. Any thoughts? ( one last thing... this can't be stress related... it happens when I am as cool and a cucumber and relaxing)

Perhaps you have a calcium deficiency. Please check into that.

Calcium or potassium deficiencies can cause this. You may be drinking water, but water contains no electrolytes so you aren't putting back into your body what you sweat out.

I keep feeling this twitch in my belly is it normal? [ 7 Answers ]

Lately I have been feeling the baby do this constant movement that feels like he's twitching constantly or something.. I know they get hiccups in there, but I would think there would be a pause in between each hiccup, this movement is just constant.. Has anyone felt that before?
