My wife tells me today she is leaving she's not happy OK granted then says she is takeing my son to pa to live forever with her she has no job no license I think she might be staying with her mom but don't no that for sureshe did this in nj in 2005 I had to go to the sheriffs office cause she sais she wasn't bringing him back the sheriff then contacted her and told her to be back by this certain date and she said OK in stead of comeing back she called me and made me drive to pa to get him from nj he didn't want to be with her now again same situation but this time we live in sc and she's going to pa again there no way financially I can see my son a lot with fuel prices and all its like 11 hours away I'm in my sons life everyday he is 5 and in school he likes his friens and a very good student I would like to keep him here in his surroundings the mother has a background of adultry and running she also had 2 other children twins wich the gave up custody to there father anyinfo would help thxc

Ok, when did you go to court for a custody order and child support orders and visitation orders ?

You need an attorney and need to be getting this settled in court

We went in nj she said I can have them and shec will see them on weekends it was something my lawer drew up up there and it was notrized I am going tomorrow to speak with a judge to see if he can order a temp custody based on her history and background I just want to see my son every weekend or every other 11 hours away will make it almost impossible
