    Okay, should I just guess which one you're talking about? Maybe detection via saponification and precipitation of sterols?

    I asked for the test for fats. Thanks but I have no idea what your talking about, I'm only doing A level Bilogy. Thanks again I'll ask my teacher at scool tomorrow, I'm sure he would know

    Don't you just rub it against some paper and see if it makes it translucent?
