My fiancé and I are supposed to be getting married this next February. Well when we were at work Thursday one of our patients got a hold of his phone that he left lying around the patient was playing with it when I walked in2 the room and I took it from him. I have never been through his phone before because I trust him. But, the patient was going through his text messages when I took it way. I noticed that it was from a girl which I have never heard him talk about. She had said to him that she was sorry that she missed his call and they stated there conversation from there. He then told her at one point that "i miss carressing u" at that point I didn't want 2 read any further. I looked at the date and time it was sent it it had been this past Monday around the time I arrived for work. I gave the phone to him and stated that he needed 2 make sure he kept up with it. I then gave him the cold shoulder for about ten minutes. He asked me what was wrong and I told him if you don't want anyone going through your phone then you vneed 2 keep up with it. He then asked me if I had saw something on there I didn't like. Finally I said who is crystal? He said oh crystal she's just a friend from Florida. I said a friend? Since when do you tell a friend that you miss carressing her? He denied saying it and went through his phone asking me where the text was. It was gone! I was so mad.. enraged! He was basically telling me that I was crazy. I said you know I supposed to be marring you in 4 months but now I can't even trust u.. He continued for like the next hr telling me that he didn't write it, he doesn't know how it got there and that he was sorry. Later that day he brought me a huge boquet of red roses that are from a expensive known flower shop. He told me that he was sorry and that he loves me with all his heart and the last thing he wants 2 do is hurt me. Even if I do try 2 move on with him that is always going to be in the back of my mind. I do love him but how am I supposed 2 get over that? Then Friday night while we were at our apt we were watching a movie I was trying 2 show him some affection and every time I did he jumps down my throat asking me what I'm doing. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Then Saturday. He's a big football fan I am not so I decided to go 2 my dads for the afternoon. I come home with dinner and he pissd because my nephew gets corn on the couch. Which comes off easily. But my point is he says like 5 words to me the rest of the night and goes to be at 1030pm without telling me goodnight or that he loves me. I honestly think something is wrong and he's not telling me. I really need some honest opinions on what you guys think about my situation and what I should do . I love him but I don't want 2 marry someone that is going to act like that towards his wife or talks to other females behind my back. If I do decide to leave what would be the best way of telling him? I know this is complicated but any info is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance..

Let the emotional dust settle, and talk about this calmly, and let him know that you know what you read, and that he deleted it, and lied.

Maybe this came up just so you would know what he is capable of, and should re-evaluate this upcoming marriage, until you can trust him to be honest.

I stopped short of telling you to dump this cheater, in the hopes some honest communications, can happen, and you can work together to get through this.
