    New residential development
    Haven't been on in a few days as I have been really busy with my new business but need some info on developments.

    I have the opportunity to bid on a 120 unit new house cleaning. I am new at this and would like some input as to the square foot amount to charge for this project. I am in central Florida and not sure what the going rate would be on this type. I also have a chance to bid on a 149 unit development the same way.
    I really need some help with this as I don't want to lose a chance to bid.
    I have the new home construction prices as to what they pay but know I have to charge less for a larger development.
    Someone please help me as I feel this is a great start for my company to get out there and don't want to lose the opportunity.
