    I-751 not signed
Did not sign I-751. Filed for Divorce BEFORE the two years. Contacted Immigration withdrawing sponsorship and pending divorce and they confirmed receipt of withdrawal and pending divorce. Spouse didn't sign divorce papers for 6 months after being served. Uncontested divorced finally finalized but after two years. Did ex-spouse have to do an I-751 with waiver or was ex-spouse able to do self-petition ? No bank accounts, leases, credit cards etc. shared. No abuse in marriage towards ex-spouse. Was ex-spouse able to get permanent green card ? Ex-spouse recently remarried.

She would have a better chance if she remains single.. nothing you can do at this point. Better move on with your life.
