Control panel>sounds and multimedia>sounds find the explore
Or start navigation sound and browse and set to "Windows Start Navigation.wav"

(my translation probably isn't spot on because I haven't used english xp in a while:))

What kind of computer do you have?

If you have windows xp, go to your control panel and select Sounds and Audio Devices. Then there is a tab called Sounds. That is where you set what sounds you want for what event.
