    My weight
    I am 5.0'' and weigh 126 am I fat?:confused:

    Hey sunshinerocks,

    I am a health educator and I counsel pregnant women. I use a weight grid which is a graph I use to see if they are over weight, underweight, or normal weight. Based on your height and current weight, you are a normal weight for your height. For your height, between 100 or less (underweight), 103-138 (normal weight), 138-151 (moderly overweight), and 152 or more (very overweight). So you are in normal weight, your not fat.

    Hey I have a lot of flab on my stomic and I haven't been able to get rid of it and on my legs... also I am getting svcared I haven't had my period yet this month an di am getting worried I never have had sex or anything what is wrong wit me?:eek:

    I don't think that there is anything wrong with you but depending on your age if you young, most young women have irregular periods all the time. Irregular mean when you get your period in different times of the month and not every month. Stress can cause you to have irregular periods also. It is normal to be irregular but if you go about 3 or 4 months without a period you should see your doctor. Try doing exercise to get rid of that extra fat. Drink plenty of water and cut down on the sugers and sodas. Also fat food. Try eating more fruits and vegtables.

    I am 13... and I do try to eat right but then I eat a lot then I feal bad about what I did and do exercize then I set a plan and only follow through with it for a day... :(

    If you eat right and eat a lot there should be no reason why you should gain weight. Don't feel bad about you eating a lot a person needs to eat plenty to stay healthy. Try doning something simple like walking every day for about an hour. Don't force yourself to excersise too much.

    Hello everyone, I have gained a lot of weight and I am very sad.. I have lost 37 lbs sosoo far but I need to lose another 60lbs I go to gym in the morning at 4:30 but I have been slacking off lately I have not gone in 3 days I eat late at night I keep saying to myself I am not eating tonigh.. Please someone give me advice on this I am miserable with my weight I hate it I want to be in a size 7 again.. HELP!
