    Don't know what its called
    Looking for a movie I think its back in the 80's . It starts with this guy shooting a plane . The somehow gets powers , but when the color red is around he loses them . At the end of the movie he cathes this person . Then fall the ground and ends up in china . D do you now what this movie is called ?
