    Ac won't blow
    Goodman 6ple24-1a unit makes ticking noise and no air is coming out, help!

    Your blower motor is bad and needs replaced.

    Does the blower work on heat?

    Yes, it works for both heat and a/c. If anything it powers the air circulation through your unit and into the ductwork.

    Im asking if their blower is working during the heating cycle. Just trying to figure out if its an ac problem or a air handler problem. Could be a bad wire, a bad board, a bad therm ostat. Lot of things to check. I just need more info to help. Help me help you.lol

    I have never had a blower motor 'click' when it failed. I've had them hum.
    Is it a constant clicking? I would look at the relay first. If it is a newer model then the board would have to replaced if the blower relay is failing.

    I guess I'm just not sure what you mean by 'clicking'. Sorry.
