Well to put it together easily, I had unprotected sex with my now current girlfriend, and she got tested for clamidia and told me I should go get checked too.

I told the mother of my child to get checked also because I still mess around with her and she's the last person I had sex with, she didn't have anything, but the doctors gave her a shot anyway just in case she was exposed to it..

The thing is my current girlfriend told me she got it all done in a day, they took a urine sample and the same day told her that's what she had... but I called my doctor and he told me it takes a week or 2 to get the results in, so that's not possible to have done it in one day right?

And how is it that the last person I had unprotected sex with doesn't have it, but the one before her does? I'm going to get tested regardless this week, but I'm just tryna put this all together

The mother of your child may have tested negative because there may have not been enough of the infection in her system to detect a positive result, however her doctor treated her prophylactically.

OK, but therez no chance you can just go in and find out you got it and get treated all in the same day right

If the clinic has a lab on the premises it is possible. Otherwise the samples have to be sent to an outside lab, therefore the results take longer to get back.
