    Outlook 2003 Attach file
    Hi, I used Outlook 2003 IE7.0
    I can't read mail with attach file, for example:

    Word file:

    I don't have setting read only in plain text mode

    What does that mean?

    If emails with attachments are arriving in your Inbox looking like the example you gave above, the problem may not be on your end. Something is converting the attachments into raw text as it comes to you.

    Have the email w/attachment sent to another email address, like a hotmail account and see if you get the attachment there. If so, forward it from there to yourself back in Outlook, and let's see if the same thing happens.

    If it does, then we know it's something in your Outlook configuration or POP3 server.

    Sorry, but it doesn't happen unique with attach, now with a simple message

    when it's a message only reads the message and down it appears a HTML code, when is an attach disappears the file and it only appears HTML code
