    h2b visas expired
    Hi.. I've a friends that's their h2b visas have expired for a month,any idea how to actived that visa?

    H-2B extension can be filed 90 days prior to expiration date of the visa. At this point it's too late for your friend... normally if the employer do not file extension for them, they have 10 days to leave US. They're already overstayed and no longer qualified for any US visas.

    Hi.. it's me again... about expired h2b again... in this case.. they have apply before their I 94 expired from the h2b extension agency but that agency was late to sent or apply it to uscis... and their position still work until now...
