    Tuition assistance
Iam not sure if this is an ethical question or a legal one. If you are working for two separate companies that offer tuition assistance can you sumit for reimbursement from both companies for a single course taken?

As long as you are not paid more than the total of the class taken. If one pays 1/2, I see no issue with the other paying 1/2 also. If you are thiniking about getting more than the class costs there may even be legal issues beyond ethic issues

To jakester and fr chuck, thanks for your answers. My conscience initially told me it's wrong and I still believe that. I asked the question after a disscussion with people at work suggested it. I believe it is dishonest, like double dipping a pension. I was curious if others had a different take on the subject.
