I can't comment on the legal matters of this, but I can advise you on the personal issues of moving.

I moved when I was younger. I thought it was going to be awful. I had to leave all my friends, and practically leave my life. BUT, it wasn't all that bad. I made new friends, and built a new, improved life. It was probably one of the best things that ever happened to me.

I know it sounds cliché, but I have to say it...
You will meet new friends, and meet new girls.

And this "girl of your dreams" may be a little exaggerated... You're 15 and have a long way to go in the dating world. You will have several girlfriends in the next years, no matter where you live. Make sure after you move, you move on. Don't dwell on the past, and think you would've had the greatest live back home, because that never helps. I don't know if you've talked about it, but a long-distance relationship never really works out well. I wouldn't recommend it for you two, especially at such a young age.

When you move, focus on the good. That helps a lot. DON'T say, "This place sucks, I like the old home better, etc." SAY, "Hey! I love this place! Look how nice it is, and I bet the people are great too!" Meet new friends, and all that. But keep a positive attitude, and it will help greatly.

I would go with the parents, and leave in 3 months...
Enjoy the next 3 months of your current home life, and prepare for the move.

    Good luck,
And let us know how everything goes...
