    Why am I so tired!
Hello everyone wondering if anyone can give me some advice, for the past 4-5 months I have been feeling really tired and lazy and having to take naps and I am only 16, I am currently on Toprimate tablets for epilepsy and have been for the past 8 years. I have also noticed that I have lost weight and have started to suffer from bad heads more often. Please can anyone help me as this is taking over my life.

You have to get exercise every day, no matter what, in order for your body to feel good and operate in a healthy manner with your mind. Start walking a couple of miles a say, and work your way up. Add another way to exercise in a few months along with the walking. Make sure you eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day, too.

Don't ignore your friends; talk to them every day and so things together.

Get back on a healthy track, girl! :)

Thank you for this advice, I was going to see a doctor but I am now in the middle of getting diagnosed for Endometriosis, which I think could have something to do with why I am feeling tired quite frequently.

Have the doctor check your iron levels as well. Low iron can and does cause the symptoms you are experiencing.
