    Hello

I would suggest 5 or 20% if you are just a beginner and the mixture should already contain lotion so I dontthink you will have to add any additional lotion

DO NOT USE MONO!! How many times must this be repeated? Mono will mess up your skin PERMANENTLY.

Hydroquinone? That's even worse than Mono. Do A LOT of research before you use stuff on your skin. Hydroquinone and Mono are both known to damage your skin.

Most people would frown at Herbalinn, but I think they're worth at least one try. Personally, I intend to make my own cream fro ingredients.

Personally found Herbalinn to be ineffective. And for the price that I piad, I would have expected to see at least some change, however small.

Monobenzone didn't ruin my skin at all. My elbows used to be damn near black, and it peeled them completely to a nice brown color like the rest of my skin.

That's about all it's really done (didn't use it that long), but still, it did something.

Steroids are harmful for the skin and caus it to thin out. There are NO steroids that are safe.. what are you talking about?
