    How to depend on student as a visitor in uk?
    Am a visitor in UK and my wife is a student can I depend on her without going back to my country because she don't want me to go back know.
    Please kindly advice me on that.

    If you met and got married while you both were in UK, then you may change your status without getting back to your home country, BUT if you were married before entering UK, it's recommended to return to your home country and apply for dependent visa unless you have urgent situation that prevents you from traveling. Talk to your attorney.
