    Tax lien on property
I read that the staute of limitations is 10 years for a tax lien from the IRS. Does this include your home as well? Is there a staute of limitations for the state of Iowa? Thank you!

Yes, it should include any lien on your home. If ten years has past and the IRS has abandoned collection efforts, you can and should petition to have the lien removed from your home.

Cannot answer regarding the state of Iowa. An email to the Iowa state tax department should get you an answer, though.
