    If it is a medical issue, she needs to talk to her doctor. Often it is more a issue of proper communication to your partner that will use various methods to please each other.
    Does she have multi ones when she is pleasing herself.

    Nope, no spray.

    If she has one good one though - that's good!

    Sometimes if you pause and then continue after the 1st, the 2nd will be even more intense.

    What is it with guys and their fixation on giving their woman multiple orgasms?

    If you do it right, ONE is plenty!

    There's no spray or anything like that for mulitple orgasms. All there is--is technique. And even with technique, some women just can not have multiple orgasms--some of us just aren't built that way!

    One orgasm is GREAT because statistics show that only about 50% of women have orgasms with their partners/husbands.

    Spray? No. Try a shower, use soap, some cologne and brush your teeth. That's the best way to turn on a women.

    As for multiple orgasms, you're on your own.
