    What rights do I have?
Yes, Me and my ex have a child that is almost three years old. I am currently paying child support, My name is on the birth certificate, and I have a DNA test proving she is mine. I moved a couple of hours away to get a job so that I could catch up on child support and now my ex doesn't want me to have anything to do with my daughter. Do I have any rights at all? Please help me!

You only have what you been given. Was there a custody agreement that went with the child support order ? If not then you need to file for one in court.Be reasonable. Also when you ask to see your child and are denied then be sure to write that down so you have times and dates. Do not beat her with it just be reasonable. Figre out how its going to work best and remember that since you're the one that moved away the expense of seeing the child os borne by you.

Do you have a child custody and child support order from the court, if so, you ask for it to be inforced, if no order, go to court to get one
