I have a Kenmore Automatic Dishwasher. The glasses and dishes look clean after a wash, but if you get water into a glass, you can still see some foam traces (suds) on the top of the water. More like a light sud from a beer pour. I've tried liquid and solid type of soaps but the problem remains. What is going on ? And how can I prevent this? If the glasses are rinsed again individually under the tap, the suds are not present.

Idogo - Does your dish washer have the second rinse setting on it? If it does try it with it turned on . The rinse setting may not be working turn it off and try reseting it . If this don't work then I think you have a bad switch in the reinse setting and will have to be replaced, have appliance person to check it out first ; Good luck and GOD BLESS ::F.B.E.

Thanks, I'll try the second rinse cycle tonight. I've had the problem since day one. I'll let you know how it works out.
