I do show, the plaintiff wins, how will court determin pay?
If I don’t show up and the plaintiff wins, will the court then request my financial information in order to determin what payments I could handle or do they just say pay and force me to appeal in some way with my financial circumstances, if so how?

If you don't show up, the Plaintiff wins by default. The court will then say that you owe the plaintiff whatever amount they are asking and you will have a default judgment against you. No payment plans will be set up because you are not there to tell them what you can afford monthly. It is quite possible, depending on the amount of money owed, that your paycheck will be garnished, or there will be a attachment to your bank account, even worse, a judgment on things such as cars, homes, etc. Again, it all depends on the amount owed.

You gave very little info, so I just gave a "blanket" answer.

Why would you choose not to show up? You are going to get slammed by the Judge with a Default Judgment which is extremely hard, if not impossible to reverse. You could have your paycheck garnished for who knows how long, your bank account raided (legally) or worse. Why would you choose not to show up?

This should be combined with your other questions, all on exactly the same topic. Difficult to answer without the info contained in the other posts.
