    Credit card company suing
    I am being sued by a credit card company but don't have any means to pay. I am unemployed and don't have any assets. If I show up for the hearing, what will happen?

    The Judge will not want to hear any hard luck stories, If you owe it most likely a judgement will be entered and when you go back to work then this is when garnsments
    If your state allows and frozen bank accounts will happen. It will not go away on its own and sooner or later they will try to get what they are owed
