    Property taxes
    If I have a house in FL but live in FL only 6 month and for summer I go to NY and live there at rented apartment how I must pay my property tax? Do I still have homestead examptions for property tax at FL?

    I would call each state about the licence. You do have to pay property tax the tax is not for you its for the house. I don't know what you mean for exemptions

    Call the local assessor's office of the county where the property is located in Florida. Ask them the requirements to claim the homestead exemption (I assume that's what you're concerned about.)

    It's 6 months out of the year everywhere I've ever lived.

    By NYS law you must be licensed to drive in your State of permanent, primary residence - wherever you spend the larger percentage of the year.
