    How to seal a record
    I was charged in 2003 for various things.I was only convicted for one which is violating the educational law. When ever the run my background all these charges come up. I have lost two jobs because of that. After two years it was suppose to be seal not still not. I can I seal this record to prevent me from losing any more employments

    Being in the health care industry even having your record sealed might not be enough. You would want to go for an expungement (if allowed in your state) but you will have to wait at least 8-9 years in which to even make a Motion to the Court for the expungement. Right now, you're kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place.
