Spous won't give me ss# for filing
I am married and not living with spouse. I have not filed for 4 years. I am filing now from 2007. I married and separated during that time. IRS wants me to e-file before a specific date in order to pay back taxes in installments.

I am filing mfs however they are asking for her social and she won't give it to me. I don't have time to research marriage papers in fl. IRS wants e-file by Saturday. What can I do?

How is it that you were married to this person and do NOT know her SSN nor have ANY documents with her SSN on it?

You might try the credit card companies with which you have a joint credit card. They should have her SSN on file and will probably give it to you.
