    Query of H-1 Visa
    Hi!

    My name is Gaurav Patel , a new member.Currently I'm here on student visa to do master.I already completed my B.E.Mechanical in INDIA then I did job for 03 years.Is it possible to put H-1 file in this time on the basis of B.E.b'coz yet I have not completed my masters.

    Should I have a job before applying for H-1 on the basis of B.E.

    If you have work experience in international company then it might help, but the most important issue is your employer.. do they accept your qualifications?
