    The late 1800's would have involved the Industrial Revolution as well as a number of scientific discoveries such as electricity for lighting, being able to record music in various audible ways as well as the earliest production of what we call the telephone, just to name a few things.

    Now, how do you think having those sort of things would change the way cities might be that didn't previously have them? Or, did you mean something else, please?
