    How to track a property
    Please forgive me if I am posting this question in the wrong area. I just could not see "real estate" listed anywhere else.

    I would like to be alerted immediately when this property is listed for sale by a realtor. I know I could probably check the MLS and all... but is there some kind of system / service that can alert me via email as soon as this property is listed, and especially what the final sale price is ? The property I would like to keep track of is in a different state than mine. Thank you.

    Seems to me that the best course of action would be to find out who owns the property, and send them a letter telling them that you would be interested in buying it if they ever decide to sell it. Other than that, I don't know of any service that will do what you are looking for.
