    Recoil start handle
    The recoil start handle is jammed on my lawn mower. How do I fix this?

    If the engine is a briggs and stratton, then the clutch needs to be replaced or cleaned.
    It may have been grabbing and squeeliing prior to failing.

    This assumes no engine damage.
