    How can I move out?
Is there any possible way I could move out of my parents house when I am only 13 turning 14?

    Or

If I put myself in a foster home my friend told me she would come and adopt me and she is 18 years old so my question is, is that can she do that?

That is not going to happen, the only way that you can move out of your house and go to a foster home is if your parents sign over rights and put you in the foster home and I don't think that an 18 year old can adopt you unless they would be able to support you. (I am not sure on that) You can emancipate yourself, I am not sure at what age though, I think 15, but you have to be able to support yourself. Why do you want to move out of your parents house?

I want to move out of my parents home because I am sick of it here I am sick of my 3 older brothers beating up on me and I am also sick of nobody listening to what I have to say in my parents house

Have you talked to your parents about your brothers? What do they say? My older brother used to beat me up too and I only had one, so I feel sorry for you. I know that moving out would be a lot easier in theory, but it is hard to make ends meet now adays, espically with the economy. How would you supprt yourself if you moved out? Have you asked your parents if they will let you go stay with your friend that is 18?

Well, you can always call Child Protective Services and they can remove you from the house if you are being abused and moved into a foster home or the system.
