    How old do you have to be in order to become a surrogate mother?

    Since, when done legally, you would sign a contract of some sort, you would have to be at least 18. If going through a service, you may have to be at least 21 with some of them. There are usually a number of evaluations you would have to go through and other requirements that can vary from service to service.
