    Finding were divorce or marriage takes
    I am trying to find out when and where and my deceased wife was divorced in her first marriage and when and where she was married the second time.she passed in1991. Is there people that does this kind of work?

    Yes, licensed private investigators. Some of the info is also available on line, depends on the State.
