h1b stamping in canada - urgent
    Hi,

I am working in canada on a work permit since a year.I have done my graduation from india
I got my h1b approved this year.
I am planning to get the h1 stamping from canada itself instead of travelling to my home country for it.

Can you tell me if I may face any rejection by not applying from my home country?

I do not have any other prior US visas.

    Thanks

You may be able to apply in Canada, in order to do that you must have proofs that you have legal status in Canada, work or go to school, etc. Legal status must be valid at least another 6 months.
